White tiny dots on lily pot

HI,
I have planted a lily in a pot using normal compost, the flowers blooming well BUT I found that there are many white tiny pests, especially after watering, they are active all come out walking on the compost, they lay eggs quick too, very annoying.
When the pot is dry or if there is sunshine then they hide inside the compost, after watering, they come again!
How can I get rid of these annoying pests? Thanks.

Can you upload a picture of them to aid with identification?
Hi thanks for your reply.
I took a photo not sure if it shows clear the pest as they are so tiny. The white one bigger size is the one moving around, the many dots are the eggs.
I am really sorry allyBB but I cannot make out anything. They really must be teeny! Maybe someone else on here will know.
I've enlarged the photo and can see the white dots and what I think is the insect.
Are they really pests? Are they doing any damage? Or are they just part of the micro-fauna that contributes to the health of the soil - there are millions of them, ones you can see and ones you can't
It's really not a good idea to kill creatures indiscriminately - your garden will be the worse for it.
I would leave them alone - they're probably just part of nature's wonderful world.

I think it is infected becasue I got several pots using the same compost only this Lily pot is recently found the white eggs and the white things walking around.
You may see only one bigger stuff there on this photo, actually I have changed the whole compost, before it was full of the things.... I think there still are few left so they laid eggs again, if I ignore it, they will lay eggs speedily like before!
I want to try spray some diluted baking soda + water on the front of the compost. Does anyone try that work to kill infected pot before?
Thank you guys!
