A lady gave us this plant last autumn. It has lived out in the garden through the winter and didn't shed it's leaves. Does anyone know what it is? Thanks
The leaves do look similar to Angels trumpets but mine are not shiny. They, when healthy, are sort of furry. If it is of the Dutura family , make sure you wash your hands after touching it as we call it, in my family, the 'happy poison death plant,' as apparently it was popular in the 60s and 70s with people to get very high but it's also quite leathal - darned pretty flowers though. I have 5 of them and one is now 6 ft tall. I absolutely love them

I think it might be a loquat (eriobotrya japonica).
I also thought it looked like a Loquat.
