    Think that might be Salix caprea, "pussy" Willow, seed blow alll over the place.

    a photo of the whole tree/plant would be good for id as well as a close up of the leaves in situ :)

    I also think it might be a willow.  Doesn't look like a fruit tree of any kind.

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Yes looks like Salix caprea (Goat Willow) to me - as has been said they seed all over the place - unless you have a garden of several acres with room for a large wildlife area I'd recommend pulling it up.  It's not a fruit tree.
