problems with plumbs

I have a 5 year old plumb tree that sets fruit which are misshapen and rot and drop off I have  never had any crop from the tree any one knowimage what is causing this problem

    Taphrina infection, it's a fungus. There are various species of taphrina affecting different plants in the plum family

    Google taphrina or pocket plum for more info

    On a large tree, treatment is going to be difficult if not impossible, unfortunately.
