Yellow spots on tomato leaves

Help please ! In the last couple of days I have noticed yellow spots on my tomato leaves. It's affecting some but not all leaves mainly towards the top of the plant. The plants are growing outside, I haven't started feeding them yet and the last few weeks have been very rainy so they have been pretty sodden. The spots are about the size of a felt tip pen point, there's no brown circles or leaf wilt and the yellow spots can be seen on the underside of the leaves as well. Any help or advice very much appreciated ! Thanks

There's something called tomato leaf mould which starts with yellow spots, I believe - then purplish patches on the underside of the leaf.  Never seen it myself because I've never grown tomatoes outside.  I think damp air and poor air circulation are contributory factors, but you might like to look online for confirmation (or otherwise!).

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Hello I just wanted to bump this topic as I currently have the same problem. I noticed this on some of my tomato plants at almost exactly the same time last year last year. I went on holiday for a week at the beginning of August and when I got back, the whole lot had succumbed to early blight (all 16 plants) and had concluded that the yellowy green spots had been an unheeded warning sign.  Not sure I could cope with a repeat trauma on this scale (or even bigger as I have 24 plants this year. What was I thinking?!) So I suppose I am hoping for reassurance. Tomato leaf mould doesn't look quite so catastrophic. It has been very humid of late. The plants are in Quadgrows, and thus their supply comes from underneath, but I can't say that no water has fallen on the leaves, as there are some courgettes in normal pots next to them which I have been watering with a hosepipe.
Only spotted one spot (!) so far... it has been disposed of.
