Lilac fungal disease

Hello,

My new lilac bush has suddenly developed these leaf spots and I'm not sure what it is - I'd really appreciate any ideas? Unfortunately my garden does seem prone to fungal problems...

    This looks like damage from something that has been sprayed near the lilac.

    Is it in a sunny spot or shade, I planted a lilac in shade once and the leaves did the same, I moved it to full sun and is thriving now.

    It could be Lilac Bacterial Blight
