    It's a common lizard. It's not a gecko. Widespread in the UK, even in Scotland.

    Oh lily what a lovely suprise.  I have never seen one before.  Hope he finds his way out ok!

    We have decided if he is still there in the morning we will put him under the roses and hope he eats all the greenfly!
