I love this thread, it's so inspiring! I need to get out my felting supplies and start experimenting again. I've been busy doing large projects, like finishing a sideboard I picked up for free and an island that I purchased used and in pieces. Both projects made me remember why I hate painting so much, ha!
Here's the sideboard before, but I had already sanded down the top.
And after. I couldn't get the warp out of the top piece, so I covered it with a bit of fabric instead. It's the same fabric I used to cover the cushion on my wicker chair that is next to it, so it ties in well. Hard to see, but the pattern is gold dragonflies.

@Fire. Those cards are gorgeous well worth investing,I can't wait to see more. I think someone else on this thread bought one @Jacquimcmahon if I remember rightly? They look so professionally done.
@Dovefromabove. You have been busy and it's so nice to see hand knits. Looking at them takes me back years as you had no alternative but to knit everything for the new born. Lovely colours you have used and the white shawl looks like it was hard work. Well done and you will be looking forward to the new arrival.
I have to say I haven't taken to knitting yet so I'm so very grateful that @Dovefromabove has created these gorgeous pieces for the new arrival. We will be seeing the expectant parents in three weeks.... They are going to be over the moon with what you've done Dove 🤗 thank you xx
