Deadly Nightshade & Potato Vine
Any one got some clarification please.
I understood bella donna or deadly nightshade always looked like this (UK):

with the dark maroon bell shaped flowers and wide leaves.
However I see in google that some named deadly nightshade look remarkably like the potato vine.

Can anyone advise if there is a variety of deadly nightshade that looks like the purple potato vine and if so how do you no the difference?
I note the plant I have in my garden which looks like that on 2nd link has a slightly different leaf shape,
Looking forward to hearing views.
many thanks

If everyone used the proper names for plants we wouldn't have a problem knowing which is which
Solanum dulcamara is known as woody nightshade, deadly nightshade, bittersweet and probably others as well. It looks a bit like a smaller flowered, weedy Solanum crispum. If you have a vigorous, bushy plant you have Solanum crispum.
Atropa belladonna is what is more often called deadly nightshade and is your first photo.
Don't eat any of them
