mullein moth on buddleia

Hi all, I've got mullein moths on my Buddleja and im a bit worried about it! I don't want them to completely strip my plant but I don't really want to get rid of them. What's everyone's thoughts?

How many are there? How big is the plant? They can defoliate verbascums, but unless there are are lot of them on a small Buddleia I don't think they would completely defoliate it, and Buddleia is tough so it would recover anyway.
