ID for a small trailing plant.

I have a few of this plant growing in the front garden. I don't know if it's just coincidence but they are growing directly below two of my flower baskets and wonder whether they've grown from spilt seed.

I had fuchsias in the baskets but I remember planting some other seeds in the basket that didn't take. I can't remember which seeds.

They are small and dense trailing plants and are just about to produce what looks like very small creamy yellow flowers. I put the one in the picture in a small basket for now until I know what they are and whether they are worth keeping.

Those look a bit like lobelia but can't be sure until they flower.

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Thanks! Now you mention it they really do look like lobelia. It's very likely that they've come from seeds spilt when doing my baskets last year. The thing that's thrown me is what looks like the small yellow flower buds, but of course they could change colour. I'll update this thread when they have their flowers open.

Bob, you were right. They are lobelia. The flowers have now started to come out and the one in the picture has a white flower, the others blue. After checking my plant/seed lists I'm pretty sure the first is the cultivar White Lady.
