Last year i brought 2 kinds of Agapanthus, Black Magic & Strawberry Ice. After they have flowered if i collect and sow the seeds will they grow the same as the parent.

They will still be Agapanthus, and similar to the parent, but if a sneaky bee has been around, there is likely to be some variation.
If you want it true to name, you have to vegetatively propagate, by splitting the plant.
