Looks like rapeseed to me.
i think it might be one of the mustards, rape leaves are a bit more cabbage like

Yep the look like Oilseed Rape to me.. I'd rip them out pronto as I am allergic to them and the acrid vapour the flowers give off in quanity makes me choke and sneeze and Essex is full of the stuff..
