After a very annoying evening last night, outside with a torchlight picking up over 30 snails and about 5 slugs. Frustration is not the right word, nothing I have tried and that has been suggested seems to work. All of the time and effort it takes growing plants from seed and trying to protect them from these annoying pests is so draining.
Yet today is another day, and it has been beautiful, I have managed to clear out my spring bulbs from there pots, and planted them up with summer bedding. I have just cut the grass and have sat back in the shade and just took a few deep breaths and savoured the sounds, smells and the birds singing. Arrh bliss.
