You're right GD2, and I am sure they would help more if they lived a bit closer and didn't have such busy lives themselves. Also don't think I am an easy person to help, having spent a lifetime considering other people I have found it very difficult being on my own and may have become 'fiercely independant' as a defence.
Logan only chilli+cucumber recipes I can find don't keep and I do like my preserves to see me through the winter (makes me think of the summer and stuff growing) does the one you make keep for more than a few weeks?
