flower and weed ID please

Hi I wonder if anyone can put a name to our blue clematis. this was planted in 2010 flowered for two years and then went to sleep for three years. It grew last year but didn't flower however it has flowered this year.  also we have a weed that has taken over a complete border it grows about 2 inches high and spreads on runners like strawberries, when it sets root it goes very deep.  Will now try to upload photos. Thanks.
