Help! I need to know what this is before it takes over!

This plant seems to have seeded everywhere! I thought it was a lupin as it started in a pot of lupins but doesn't seem to have the lupin leaves I recognise.
Please let me know if you have any ideas!

Awesome! I know I did buy one last year (although I have had about 15 pots of plants waiting to be planted since last year and I'd forgotten this one x I've Google it and love the flower so will transplant it and get some Lupin seeds too. I have some foxgloves and digitalis still to plant so the garden will look lovely soon- I hope
