Help with something eating my Limelight Hedges!
Last September I planted some limelight hedges and they have been growing but recently I have noticed it looks like somethings been eating them and they are starting to turn brown and I am concerned that this is impacting them from growing! I noticed a bug on the leaves but not sure what it is ( I have added some images)?
Can anyone help with suggestions on what to use to prevent this happening.
Thanks

a ladybird larva, that one's on your side
In the sticks near Peterborough
Agreed, the ladybird larva will devour hundreds of aphids so is a real goody! I suspect the damage seen is caused by slugs and/or snails.
Thanks for the response! Is there anything I can use to get rid of the slugs and snails and protect my hedges!
