sulking broad beans

ok so i planted out my 2nd batch of broad beans yesterday, in exactly the same way as my first lot. They were grown in toilet rolls in my polytunnel, hardened off and planted out with cloches on at night while still small to protect from slugs!
Anyway ive gone down today to remove cloches and about 3 of them have suddenly gone really wilted?! I gave them all a water put none have perked up. Just a bit confused as to what could of happened?? 
Any ideas???

Was there any aphids on them?
No none that i noticed they were completely healthy yesterday. The leaves werent curled up or anything. Two others have gone like it but the smaller ones look fine still???
