Elderflower cordial
Realise this is more cooking than gardening, anyway - I've just started elderflower picking this year to make cordial and tea. Last week I dried some in our airing cupboard to use later. Normally I just collect the buds alohg with the small stems but this time I've managed to collect a large amount of pollen. Does anyone know whether this would add to the elderflower 'experience' or if it's better just to chuck it and rinse the buds? Cheers
