If it's a named cultivar (quite likely in an open garden) the it could be ex 'Red Star'.
Probably Crimson Star but there are others similar

I like the different species more than the fancy varieties
Oh my goodness - what a lot of varieties on the touchwood site - I have so many of the basic purple & pink types but I have fallen in love with Crimson or Red Star - it is outstanding. Unfortunately there were no seed heads on it.....
gd i have this one, i had some plug plants that were named as 'swan mixed' it didn't appear last year but this year it came up
