can anyone tell me what this plant is as I bought it from a market stall in Portugal. I think it grows about 45cm by 45cm and sorry picture is on its side as I forgot to rotate it.
Yes, cigar flower is the nickname of one of the varieties but tiny mice is the nickname for the variety in the photo. It is widely available in the UK, tiny mice more so than cigar flower. Usually grown for summer bedding (baskets and tubs).

you are right it is Cupea Llavea we are just finding out if it is black face or cha cha, though we are fairly certain it is blackface.
