Bought some seeds from IKEA

Hi, i have recently bought some seeds from ikea and im not sure how to go about planting them. And to be honest im not quite sure what they even are. Here are the seeds \/

    The first two are brassicas, the last is amaranth. They are used as cut and come again leaves for stirfrys or salads.

    Sow thinly on a seed tray full of multipurpose compost. Water and they will germinate in a few days. After about three weeks, cut individual leaves off to use.
