Its growing in my nieces garden in Bristol so haven't seen it myself. Any ideas...

    Hi Monz. Its difficult to tell what scale it is but if its a biggish plant it could be Angelica.

    Thanks Ladybird. This is what my niece has just told me - 

    It's 3ft high from the base and half an inch in diameter.
