Weird looking eggs?

Hello everyone!

Yesterday I have noticed some really weird looking things attached to my two plants. I assume they are some sort of bug eggs that look like seashells.

I have never seen anything like that before and have no idea what I should do with them.

Can anyone please tell me what they are and how I can get rid of them?

Thank you!

You need to rub them off (suggest wearing gloves) or use something like a nail brush to brush them off.  Pesticides generally don't work on the adults so spraying isn't an option.

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
