garden peas with no flowers

I PUT MY PEA PLANTS INTO TUBS, AND THEY ARE GROWING REALLY WELL BUT I HAVENT ONE FLOWER. ALL FOUR TUBS ARE GROWING WELL, LOTS OF HEALTHY LEAVES. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND IT.

How you start them off and when Junie?
I sowed mine at the start of April indoors, planted them out in the garden 2 weeks ago.
About 10" tall now but still have a long way to go before I expect to see flowers.
Think it's still a little early yet.
