What is wrong with the shrub?

My shrub has white spots over it and the leaves are curled up - can anyone tell me what disease it is and how to treat it?

Looks like spray damage to me, has anyone been using weedkiller nearby ?
Thanks for the reply Richard - no i don't use weed killer (I use a weed burner) - do you think I should prune it or just leave it and hope it survives .
