How to dry nectaroscordum?

Help please---has anyone successfully dried nectaroscordums? We've just picked a bunch that had to be moved and my daughter-in-law to be would like them in 5 months at her wedding. Julie Parker

I've not done nectaroscordum, but other alliums I have picked and hung upside down in a dry place. That also worked for eryngium giganteum. I would pick it as the seed heads start to form, when the flowers fade.
