Cars are for getting from A to B and just need to be reliable, comfortable and spacious enough for dogs, shopping and luggage plus dogs for hols. Minis are no good for that.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

If that's the Berber inspired garden they were wild lupins.
I have now rescued the pics from my phone - another couple of hundred taken after the real camera battery expired - and have loaded some new ones on the Pavillion album above. Hosta, clematis and iris alert!
Now to load the other gardens onto an album. Some of the phone pics are a bit fuzzy but you'll get the general idea. Lots of repeats too as I change focus point to get plant combos and labels in for my new garden projects.

Pics of main gardens, all grouped together and, where I could, with the name at the beginning but not always possible to snap that. Starts with Andy Sturgeon and finishes with Yorkshire. Again, lots of repeats to show different detail in planting.
Good photos. I don't usually bother with the Fresh gardens as they are usually too far removed from my concept of a garden. Glad the Modern Slavery garden won best. It was very good.
For that grass? A mountain sheep?

Thankyou so much for sharing Obelixx and Liri. Made me realise just how much of the floral pavilion I missed - a half day ticket means you run out of time. Fab pictures from you both

Here are the pics I took in the Pavilion:-

Does anyone know what plant it is in the Bank of Canada garden - small blue flowers, planted in the foreground with the red poppies?

I enjoyed all those, thanks Obelixx - great that you've got some good photos of the gardens I failed to photograph for one reason or another.
Here are a few photos of some of the Fresh gardens:
Honeysuckle Blue dye plants garden
Revive Imperial garden (complete with ventilated woman...)
World Vision garden. How do you cut the grass?
Modern Slavery garden (People's Choice fresh garden)
Urban Connections.
Good photos. I don't usually bother with the Fresh gardens as they are usually too far removed from my concept of a garden. Glad the Modern Slavery garden won best. It was very good.
For that grass? A mountain sheep?
A few plants mostly from the Pavilion which appealed to me (there were more but the photos, taken on my phone, didn't work very well):
Lovely photos Liri. I was going to suggest tying a couple of sheep on there too!
Ventilated woman....titter ye not...
I'm off to look at obelixx's pix now
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I agree about the usefulness of the Fresh gardens, Obelixx. Since it was my first Chelsea I looked at EVERYTHING.
Finally, some odds and ends:
One of the "artisan studios" had folk woodworking using traditional tools.
The fabulous poppies
Now some sculptures which caught the eye...
This and the next one are actually fire pits - just beautiful.
This table made me laugh!
I think that's about all...
