Tiny fungi in garden
This morning we found lots of tiny fungi in a patch of grass in the garden. From the kitchen window in looked like dog sick (sorry) but getting close it is lots of tiny mushrooms.
Some images are attached.
Does anyone recognise it, we have a dog, cat and 4 year old.
Not too long ago I made this post http://www.gardenersworld.com/forum/problem-solving/wierd-ice-like-stuff-on-grass/843622.html?chklast=true about another strange thing in the garden, might they be linked?
Thanks

These little mushrooms can be indicators of an acidic or damp soil or it maybe that you have a rotting tree stump under the lawn or that there are dead leaves or bark chips rotting down. Most mushrooms aren't poisonous but you could scrape them all off the lawn but there is no guarantee that they won't grow again as their spores can spread easily.
