That's disgusting Geum. Because of the courier cocking it up I can guarantee if anyone at Crocus has any sense they'll not be paying for delivery so why should you!
I hope that it DOES actually arrive today and that you can revive it. Otherwise I would be tempted to take the box, fill it with horse poop and send it to them.
Ooh, nice idea. I have lots of dog poo at my disposal. That would be a lovely gift
I actually lost hope on ever getting it yesterday and found it eight pounds cheaper at one of my favourite garden centres (and probably in a lot better health!). So if it DOES eventually arrive today and is revivable, I now have the dilemma about where to plant another climbing rose which will eventually grow to epic proportions...
I ordered bulbs & planters from Crocus on 17.09.17 & paid £152.88.
5 weeks later I am still waiting for them to be delivered.
I have had no confirmation of my order from them.
I have had no shipping information from them.
In fact I have had no contact from Crocus at all about this order.
I would think I had imagined it if it weren’t for the fact that the order is clearly in ‘My Orders’ on my account on their websitea & that the £152.88 came out of my bank account on 19.09.17.
It says my order has been shipped .... but how can it have been shipped without me receiving it or without any confirmation of the shipping date & ETA?
Has as anyone else had this experience with Crocus?
What do I do when they don’t email me back?
in case someone from Crocus is reading this, my order no is: 4215793
Just get onto your credit card company and tell them what’s happened, they will refund your money.
have you checked that the money has gone out from your card? Maybe you didn’t complete all of the order instructions, there’s usually a conformation email from them.
next year try J. Parker, very good for bulbs, reasonable prices, half the postage cost of Crocus. I’ve bought from them for many years, never disappointed.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
Before you order from Parker's be aware that they use My Hermes. Where your delivery ends up depends on your local Hermes person. I lost money, goods and time due to mine being a total imbecile!!!
It’s rather worrying. I have ordered from good gardening companies & had great deliveries. One - Bakkers - the plants were dead on arrival due to delivery company but Bakkers did refund me
I’ve never had a delivery completely disappear before.
I personally think it hasn’t left Crocus. I think somehow it has not been packaged nor shipped As I have had no emails from them - not even thanking me for the order.

If you've not had an email Order Confirmation then they don't have your order. They always send an email confirmation. If you've not got a Confirmation from them you won't be able to quote an Order Number so emailing them may not help. I would suggest you phone them on straight away 01344 578 000 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
If the money has gone from your account and Crocus tell you they've not taken it, then that is worrying ... could your computer have been hacked? Contact your bank immediately and tell them exactly what has happened.
Good luck.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I ordered a pair of "leaf grabbers" from ebay. The payment appeared on my credit card bill, but ebay emailed me to say it had not gone through. I contacted the seller who " copied and pasted" their standard reply 3 times.
I've had a message to say the refund has now been issued ( they don't seem worried that there are 3 pairs now in the post somewhere ) I've now ordered the same on Amazon and they're due on Friday.
I'm all for shopping locally if I can, but they cost £10 a pair locally and Amazon will send them for £6.50 including postage.
I think some ebay sellers are just rogues, I ordered something, didn’t arrive, they sent a replacement, did they heck as like! I opened a case, instant refund from eBay.
its all hassle, which I have never found on Amazon, I know people hate them, but they do get on with the job.
