can a digitalis pam's choice seedling turn into native foxglove again ?

Hi there. Foxgloves are very promiscuous and its possible it was pollinated by a wild type foxglove also the named varieties are probably crosses and will produce seeds of the wild type; They don't come true from seed.
Pam's Choice is a selection of Digitalis purpurea, our native foxglove. There are many such selections and they all seed back to the basic species eventually.It's in the genes. I think they have to be kept in isolation to get 'Pam's Choice' again.
