Pruning Choisya

I'd like to prune some of the Choisya's on my bank to give some of the other plants a little more room. Is there a recommended time of the year to do this and any particular tips for a newbie gardener? Thanks.

    Any pointers gratefully received image

  • I've read that you need to wait until flowering has finished. That's all I know I'm afraid.

My choisya is still a tiny new plant so haven't had much experience with it yet.

Hopefully  someone else will come along with more knowledge for you. :)

Dave, after flowering, they recover really well so you can be as hard as you like.

Great, thanks Dave. Sounds pretty straightforward - even to me!
