Plant id - keep or pull up?

I was pulling out some willowherb, but this was amongst it. The leaves and stem have soft hairs. Is it another weed or will it turn into a beautiful flower? Can anyone help? Thank you!

I think its a weed.
That looks like another type of willowherb to me. I get several sorts growing here and one of them does indeed have soft hairs.
