any idea on what plant this is?

also if you know what this plant is, does it require alot of water? and is it alright if I put baby bio fertiliser in it.

when my grandma passed away a few months ago it got passed to me from her house and been looking after it since, a few leaves have changed color a little but it's still going strong. I think it's some kind of Chinese plant

If you crush a bit of leaf, does it smell?
    Looks very citrus-like

Looks like a citrus - does it smell of lemon, grapefruit or lime?

It is some sort of citrus I think. Crush a leaf, does it smell lemony?

Citrus prefer a slightly acid compost, there is specialist citrus compost and feed sold. Keep frost free in winter, i put my lemon outside in the summer, and water well in summer months, but keep it on the dry side in winter. they do not like being parked next to draughts or radiators, they will often drop their leaves , but grow new ones in Spring.

when I crush the leaf, it isn't really juicy if you get what I mean but it smells like something like lemon but it's not lemon

hello, do you recommend for me to stop using my normal baby bio fertiliser and buy the citrus fruit one?

Yes, I would. In the summer if it is in a big pot, you can water well every other day, but let it drain out. Do not let it stand in water. Keep it only just damp in winter.
