    Welcome,iamweedyimage

BL,  unfortunately the camera does tend to digitally 'dust' our efforts.

    Hi iamweedy,

yes this reassurance encouraged me to create login and post my first pics on forum. Anytime i click photo of rest of the garden, it never looks like what i see on pinterest or other sites. Even the closeup of flowers shows some pest, weed or something that needs clearup.

finally i am with normal gardeners ?

The jury's out on the normality issueimage

Do what we all do. Stand with the junk behind you and take a picture of the one perfect bloom. Have you noticed how rarely we see the whole plant or the leaves on the posh pics threads?

Yep close ups are the way to go!. Set your camera to focus cleanly on the plant you are proud of and leave the rest (of the mess)  in a trendy arty blur of colour. image

Look, I've got my gardening shoes on. Just debating whether to

    A: cut the grass?

B: clear up after Mr K's Saturday night fire?

C: have another cup of tea?
