I would like to know the name of this plant. It was left behind by the previous owner so I don't know its name.
Thank you for your help.
Hi. Its a beautiful Japanese acer. Lucky you
looks more like a larch to me
Having looked again I have to totally agree with nutcutlet - a larch. Need more sleep and caffeine!
I have a beautiful established larch in my garden, I wouldn't be without it! It's such a stunning golden orange in the autumn.
The leaves look broader and softer than a normal Larch. You may be very lucky and have a Pseudolarix amabilis the Golden larch.
Thank you for the information! Any tips to keep it healthy? At the moment is in a quiet shadow area. Is that the best place for it?
