new Electric 800w Qualcast Rotavator

Can anyone tell me why my new Electric 800w Qualcast Rotavator cuts out when I am using it, is there an overload on this machine.

    I do not have any experience with this machine but if I had it I would contact the seller or ultimately the manufacturer to ask the question.

    How long does it work for before cutting out?  How long before it will restart?  It could be overloading.  Nothing in the user manual??

    Is it because the blades are jammed, or can't rotate for some other reason?

    If mine comes across an old bit of brick or something, it jams the blades and it stops.
    I put it into reverse for a couple of seconds and whatevers jammed it drops out and I continue
