I have a 3 year old Salix Flamingo, it was beautiful with lots of pink and cream leaves when I bought it. Last year there were very few sparce pink leaves and this year there are none, it has gone totally green and cream. How can I bring back the pink colours? I water it frequently and it is growing well apart from this.

i have one and only the new leaves are pink & cream, might you have missed them and now they have turned to green & cream?
I have varigated salix. They colour cream and pink on the leaves before going cream and green.
Very slow grower and don't let it dry out and water well but do not over water
