rose bush has no buds

Can anyone advise me on my rose bush please. I bought it last year in flower and this year it has lots of new growth but not one single buud , it is a tickled pink rose. The other rose bush (trumpeter) that o I bought at the same time and has been treated exactly the same and planted only a few yards away is doing brilliantly h and has lots of healthy buds. Apologies for the ttext, still having problems with backspace :/

    Depending where you live,  there's still time. I have about a dozen HT's without buds at present, they look very healthy and I'm sure they won't be long be before they bud.

    I have this very same rose and as yet no buds either. It is one of my later to get started roses, but is so worth the wait. So don't worry it'll get there in the end.

    Your replies have given me hope thankyou :) They looked so beautiful when I bought them. I will be patient :)
