could someone tell me what these trees are, would love one in my garden.

    Looks like a clipped lime, Tilia Cordata, but I might be wrong.

    limes (Tilia not citrus fruit)

    They don't grow that shape naturally and you can choose other trees to treat the same wayimage

    If it's lime. They grow HUGE.

    In London. Keen but lazy.

    They don't look as pretty in the winter!! Had them in my street as a child, pollarded every year, cut back to a sort of bobbly lollipop shape. New shoots grow in the spring.
