Know Your Enemy

Evening everyone.  Hope you have all had an enjoyable weekend in the garden.  I've been doing a spot of weeding and am interested in knowing what these two are.  Any ideas?  I thought the one on the left might be a younger version of the one on the right but then I noticed that it has opposing leaves, whereas the one on the right has singular leaves.

The one on the left and bottom pic is a willowherb.  Not sure about the one on the right - looks a bit like a dock but those have long tap roots (which will grow again if you don't dig them out completely.)

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
