Roses.... blackspot?

Please can someone advise; 

Confirmation of what is causing this?

Suggested remedies?

I have sprayed, approximately a week ago, with 'Fungus fighter plus' for blackspot, mildew, leaf spot etc.

Thank-you in anticipation of your comments.

I had attached a photo of blackspits on my rose leaves, turning to yellow before falling from the roses.
