The pinky bits are roses and the bluey bits look like some kind of succulent but I'd have thought those a bit too stiff and spikey for a bridal bouquet.
Take the pic along to your florist. Those guys are amazing and have super ideas for things. The other thing to remember is that they can only work with what is in season and what is avaiable to them. That's why they're brilliant at coming up with ideas that will give you the look you want but not neccessarily with those ingredients.
blue bits look like aeonium.
Yes they do. I'd no idea what they were called but that looks exactly right
Damn....pictures didn't post
The dangly leaves look like they could be Eucalyptus

The fine blue foliage is eucalyptus and the chunkier foliage towards the centre of the bouquet is Echeveria.
Flower wise I can see roses, sweet peas and maybe a very pale pink peony.
Florists aren't just limited to seasonal flowers nowadays with all the imports, we got most of our stock from Holland and that was back in the 80's.
There you go. Always ask someone who knows.
Phew...I'm glad I said florists were great!

Blue ones are Graptovaria of some sort. We used to call then Ice Plants.
Thanks for all the comments - a brilliant help.
We have been especially struggling with the Eucalyptus
Thanks once again
