holly trouble

Hi

We have 2 holly bushes they are about 10 yrs old & every yr in the late spring the leaves of 1 of them turn yellow with dark spots & then they fall. They both have plenty of flowers on them but we never end up with many berries in the winter. We cannot see any pests apart from ants. We would welcome any advise.
