What is wrong

Can somebody pleas tell me what is wrong with this and, if possible, the solution. Thank youimage

    Not much that I can see. It's flowers have gone over so that explains the brown crispy bits. If it was mine I'd give it a good ericaceous feed (because it's a Pieris and therefore an acid lover) and leave it alone.

    Others might have other ideas...they'll be along soon. image

    Hi. It looks like the plant is a pieris (?) in which case this could be the flowers going over which is absolutely natural at this time of year. Mind you I'd keep  a wary eye out on the meercat image

    The pot looks very small. The plant is probably starving. I would repot it or put it in the ground.

    I think your Pieris has outgrown it's pot. I would pot it on and when it has dried out a bit give a good ericaceous feed.image If it were mine I would also cut off all the spent flower heads.
