Transplanting my paeony

When is the best time to move my paeony. Its well established but is obscured by another and really needs a better position.Its not flowering yet but is budding up.

Hi Sandy. I wouldn't move it now. Autumn is the best time. Just remember when you do move it, not to plant it too deep. Preferably the same depth it is before you move it.
