Can Waitrose deliver there?
I'd love it but OH gets sea sick on a canal boat
The main problem is the refusal of planning permission to turn it into a private house.
The council would rather it fell into rack and ruin, as it is not viable as a pub.
What do you think the drainage would be like next to the marshes?
It would be nice for forum parties, we could make as much noise as we liked, and I am sure the TARDIS could get us there.
