I have purchased some Blue Dutch iris's.
Not being familiar with these bulbs I wonder if anyone could advise me if it is too l ate to plant now (mid may) and if I did plant would they flower.
Also, the green shoots are evident on all the bulbs , is this bad news ?
Any ideas/views would be appreciated

I've just received some of these from an online order. I'm planning to plant them at the weekend. I'm not an expert but I think planting sooner is better than later. Even if they don't flower at least the leaves can feed the bulb so it's better for next year.
