Problem with seedlings

Hello Everyone 

We have Planted cabbages colis sprouts and turnips back in March they germinated well and we're growing well but then they shrivelled and perished I put this down to the weather when we had hot then cold weather but I'm not convinced as other plants were okay and are still growing well.

We have since planted more and exactly the same happened
